Two Ex-Googlers have created a new vending machine, Bodega, which has led to outrage over job destruction. I give an economic defense to Bodega and share why this isn’t an either-or decision. I also take a moment to share my thoughts on why startups so often have shitty cultures and what can be done to fix it.

I also discuss an article on why colorblind diversity efforts don’t work and how it makes the true goals of diversity and inclusion initiatives even more transparent.
