“I’m too old for Snapchat.” I’ve heard more people saying this lately. What’s even crazier is they say it with a sense of pride. I give my thoughts on why it’s stupid to think you’re too old for any technology.
In case you haven’t heard, FBI Director James Comey recommends no charges for Hillary Clinton. I saw it everywhere. Twitter. Reddit. CNN. Everywhere except…HackerNews. What’s going on?

I start off with a quick update about a guest on my show who gave me a gift which I’ll be using in my podcast studio! I also discuss (spoiler free) the Game of Thrones finale this weekend and what the show’s level of violence means for our future including a future filled with virtual reality. I end with a rant about the tech industry, being a [demographic] in tech, and filtering false information about the industry in general.

I wrote a programming tutorial for the website scotch.io! This is a milestone in my programming career and I share a few thoughts on why I’m happy to have it published. I recently purchased a Google Cardboard and talk about some of the VR that’s available today at an affordable price. Finally I share some thoughts I have on the digital world we’re entering and new ways of creating content in a world where scarcity is rarely a hurdle.

Today I had the pleasure to chat with the Atlanta-based YouTube political commentator ThatGuyT! If you listened to prior episodes you may remember me attending an event to see Milo Yiannopoulos speak at Emory University. While I was there I met ThatGuyT and he was more than willing to join me on the show.
We discuss how and why he got started making YouTube videos, libertarianism, the current election, Black Lives Matter, and the current state of American universities.
Be sure to check out ThatGuyT on YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook through the links below.
I recently applied a principle of computer science to my real life thanks to the podcast “Note to Self". It showed me how much time I and many others waste managing and organizing our email. I also discuss the “10x developer” within tech and why a difference in productivity that large isn’t that unrealistic. Finally, I finish by mansplaining the Stanford rape case.
After a quick recap/nerd out session where I talk about ELeague and eSports I talk about one my biggest concerns with tech: information overload. I break down how the Internet alters our perspective on the world making the average person pessimistic and why it’s important to keep the scale and frequency of this data in mind.

Today my second guest and good friend Emily Miller joins me on the show irl. We discuss everyone’s hatred of Donald Trump, the corruption of Hillary Clinton, PC universities, libertarianism, and socialized healthcare. Basically everything.
Today I talk about the landscape of the job market in tech and who has the bargaining power in the company - recruiter - employee relationship. I also talk about how modern PC culture is an attempt at codifying manners and social interaction. Finally, is technology and the Internet a natural product of human beings?
Trump is the Republican nominee - are we finally starting to doubt our political system? Should America split up into 7 mega-regions? Are dogs sexually frustrated? I also discuss an argument I had on Twitter with Anil Dash and Facebook’s bias against conservative news.

Realities of Virtual Reality
Today I discuss market failures and how they exist in the UFC and the NFL. I also discuss a new initiative for diversity in tech known as Project Include and why Asians aren’t considered a minority.
My first guest and great friend Kyle Cline! I usually post the topics I discuss in my solo podcasts but we talked for an hour and half straight and covered a lot. A few topics include: the realities of working in tech, why diversity is bullshit and racist, the cause and dangers of social justice warriors and the regressive left, and inevitably something about why feminism is cancer.
A special 420 episode where I talk about why I’m a libertarian. Topics include Elon Musk being an all around badass, Mark Zuckerberg being a stereotypical virtue signaling techie, Canada decriminalizing pot, and the government protecting its own.
Milo Yiannopoulos, Queen Nero, comes to Atlanta! Why is Minecraft this generation's personal computer?
Today I talk about why I hate taxes, my senior project in college exposing me to government corruption, the need to increase the separation of church and state, and the decreasing separation between business and state.
Today I talk about why I'm optimistic with virtual reality, its potential applications, and Georgia's religious freedom bill. There are audio issues in this podcast. I'll be working on this over the next few days so it doesn't happen again :(
Is pattern recognition racist? LambdaConf defends diversity of thought. Are LGBT and minority communities inclusive? Why does professionalism mean you can’t have controversial opinions? April: A month of no paid entertainment.
Asian parents are crazy! #ILookLikeAnEngineer. Millennials are screwed! Trump vs. Black Lives Matter. Virtual Reality!
Today I talk about a live version of my podcast, "too many" butts in video games, and how censoring comedy denies me access to a form of therapy.
Yellow dongs and policing comedy! Regressives and social justice warriors who can't live and let live.
In this episode I talk about the struggle of learning how to program, how past experiences helped me through it, tech culture, and whether tech is in a bubble.
